I am an accomplished and driven software developer, with extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar projects on 100+ member teams for Microsoft and Sony, using both waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as being hands on with small development teams. In addition to serving as a project manager on high profile, award winning titles, I have extensive experience in identifying and establishing best practices for development, specific to a company needs and team composition.
I am a results-oriented, decisive leader with a track record of driving high output teams to deliver engaging, innovative and stable products on time and at a high level of quality, by understanding discipline specific pipelines, looking ahead to identify dependencies, coordinating cross-functional work, and concisely communicating progress and expected next steps.
